I was very uncomfortable with my stay at the hotel because workers who were carrying out repairs on the roof had access to the area outside my room and could see directly into the windows. I was staying in the room at the time, and this made me feel extremely uncomfortable and exposed, as I had no privacy.
I understand that roof repairs may be necessary, but the hotel should ensure that guests’ privacy and safety are protected while such work is being carried out. Guests should be informed in advance and appropriate measures should be taken to prevent workers from looking into occupied rooms.
Unfortunately, this significantly affected my experience and made me feel that my privacy was not respected. I hope the hotel will take this issue seriously and make sure that it does not happen to other guests.

"We stayed here to attend an event at The Apollo Hammersmith and the hotel was well positioned for this. The room was modern, clean and well equipped for a 1 night stay. It was a shame last orders at the bar was 10:30pm - this seemed very early."
