Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Steps away from Purdue campus, sports events, and golf course. Large fenced backyard with mature trees, large deck, a screen room, swing seats, BBQ grill, and a fire pit. New 14-game arcade and foosball. Spacious 4 bedrooms plus basement provides ample space. New furniture in the entire house. Big kitchen with large windows and nice view. High speed Gigabit internet, smartTVs with Netflix in the living room, two bedrooms, and the basement. Crib is available.

This is a spacious vacation home perfect for family gathering and business purpose. There are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds) and a full bathroom on the first floor. There are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with a queen bed, a twin size futon, and a crib) and a full bathroom on the second floor. There is also a queen size day bed and a twin size futon in the fully furnished basement.

Easy access: Keypad entry, one small steps at the front door.
