Large fenced backyard with mature trees, large deck, a screen room, BBQ grill, and a fire pit. New 14-game arcade and foosball. Spacious 4 bedrooms plus basement provides ample space. New furniture in the entire house. Big kitchen with large windows and nice view. High speed Gigabit internet, smartTVs with Netflix in the living room, two bedrooms, and the basement. Crib is available.

This is a spacious vacation home perfect for family gathering and business purpose. There are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds) and a full bathroom on the first floor. There are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with a queen bed, a twin size futon, and a crib) and a full bathroom on the second floor. There is also a queen size day bed and a twin size futon in the fully furnished basement.

Easy access: Keypad entry, one small steps at the front door.

Purdue Family Weekend

Great location to walk to campus. The large fenced in back yard was wonderful to hang out around the fire pit. The kitchen provided everything we needed and the grill was great to have for meals.

Amazing home for Purdue weekend

This home was perfect for a Purdue sports weekend with family. The house had everything we could have asked for - clean, convenient, tons of room with plenty of extras that made it so comfortable for our group! Every room was spacious and well decorated. We would definitely rent again!!!

Great Family Gathering House

We had family from all over the country in Lafayette for my Mom's memorial. This house was perfect because it has many distinct conversation areas- both inside and out. Younger cousins were outside at the firepit and older ones inside at the table. Big kitchen counter that held the pizza. Truly ideal.

We stayed for a pre holiday celebration. This is a great house, a wonderful deck, back yard (perfect for kids & pets), a screened in porch, a great fire pit, a big kitchen and roomy bedrooms. With so many extra kitchen supplies & an amazing pantry. It was perfect.

Moms weekend at our sons Fraternity

Great house, great communication with the host. She quickly connects with you if you ask any questions. We loved the big kitchen. The deck was great to sit in the sun & relax. Neighbors were quiet. House was clean. One mom accidently left items and the cleaning lady contacted the host who quickly contacted me. Very trust worthy people.

Perfect rental for visiting my son at Purdue!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was such a charming, lovely house for our long weekend visiting my son at Purdue! The kitchen was well puppies, with a nice gas grill in the screened in porch. The house is VERY conveniently located near the campus. Only a 2-3 minute drive to Ross-Aide stadium and Mackey Arena. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood just off the main road. Will definitely rent again during the fall football season to enjoy the screened in porch, gas grill and outdoor space with a fire pit in the backyard!

Perfect for large gatherings

The location of the house is great. It’s about 15 minutes to Ross-Ade and 30 minutes to Slayter. The rooms are large, so it makes it nice for a small reunion. The outside space is awesome and very thankful the last 2 years that we have rented this house we have been able to have a small fire in the fire pit. Great sized kitchen. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with and also very helpful.

Perfect location

There were 10 of us old Purdue Alumni getting together from all over and we wanted a place close to campus, quiet, and large enough so we didn’t feel cramped. The description online was spot on. The pictures are pretty accurate. The backyard was big with a fire pit that was awesome! We took full advantage of the fire pit!! The kitchen was large enough for 4 people to be preparing food all at once! Definitely a great place for our needs!

Nice house

Spacious house, good sized yard. Host was super responsive to anything we needed. I can see how quickly they make suggested changes based on other reviews and my stay. Loved having a washer/dryer and tissues in every room. Big kitchen and table to sit at. We enjoyed the fire pit out back and running around the yard. For moms: crib was nice and clean. I used the sheets provided even though I brought my own. The room the crib is in is bright for naps. During the winter, that room is chilly. We left the door open anytime baby wasn’t sleeping. The house is older so the stairs are very steep, just have to watch the little ones closely. No toys for the younger kids available so you’ll want to pack some. VRBO doesn’t do private feedback, so here are some improvements that could be considered: labels on the light switches; leave a light on for winter guests to make finding the house easier; lights along the basement stairs are at the perfect location for small hands and they get very hot (kid got a little burnt but he was fine, not a huge deal); new packaged sponge for washing dishes; better stock of kitchen pots, pans, and some cooking dishes, store lawn mowers not in kid playhouse Would we stay at this house/with this host again? Absolutely! Will be cool to see how their properties get better each time!

Beautiful property/Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed in Lafayette for my son’s wedding. The house had plenty of space for our family of 7. Our 9 year old loved the PacMan machine in the basement! We appreciated the accuracy of the listing and would definitely stay here again.
