The concierge was especially helpful, they provided us with a map and great recommendations for exploring the area since all the excursions were fully booked. "My experience in this property was terrible. Terrible! When we first got our rooms, they gave us the wrong ones. We originally asked for a king bed and two twin size beds, we however got two queen beds instead. When we got a different room, (mind you a floor down) it was filthy. Every surface was covered in dust, the floor was littered with bugs. Oh and not only the floors, the beds, tubs, the windowsill, and the walls. When they let us look at a third room, it was again, littered in bugs. It was appaling, it looked like a massacre on the beds. Oh the corpses were all over the kitchenette too. They clearly did not inspect it before giving it to us, when it had clearly not been occupied for months. If I could give 0 stars I would! Never go here!!! Please take off this property of yours list"
