"I wasn't too impressed with my stay at the Ramada in Santa Barbara. Upon checking in there were two employees at the desk. One who was helping me and the other one (male) who was on the telephone with a potential guest i'm assuming. He was incredibly snarking and rude to the person on the phone. ..."
