"Easy check in process, great room"

"This is not the most updated hotel but for the price they recognize that and price accordingly. The amenities checked all the boxes. Got a king with pull out which made extra space during the day. Had a slide out (golf course side—so worth it.) with dogs having a slide out made it so easy! Kids walked the dogs around the course in the evening. Outdoor pool right outside our slider. . Indoor pool checkd the boxes. Hot food at breakfast included. If you golf that is there too! Bar has amazing pizza and makes nice to unwind after a long day on lake. Again not updated but nice and kind staff. And had all the amenities that helped make our trips (have stayed there twice) good. The first time I didn’t know better and booked a slider door but it was on parking lot side. It was totally fine but now that I have done gold cart side, I really appreciate it more"

"Quiet and so peaceful! Loved the deer and turkeys that wandered through. Spent the day on the patio when we got sun, enjoying the cooler weather. House was really nice. Had a few issues but they were addressed by the host immediately. Definitely thinking of renting again next year as there is sufficient room for car, boat and pick up. We had a lovely time!"

"Very comfortable, All the neighbors were friendly, close to activities like Arnold Park and the Iowa rock 'n' roll Museum, and the roof garden. I would highly recommend this cozy house. Jackie was very responsive to messages and calls. Thank you very much for a great stay."

"This was a really nice place to stay. My questions were answered promptly and everything was stocked and avail for use including kierug and coffee and creamers. All utensils pots pans and bows avail along with bathroom supplies including shampoo conditioner and body wash. I packed all of this stuff and used it but didnt need to. I will remember for next time. The only downfall was 1 bathroom and we had 9 guests. I do give a 9.5 out of 10 stars :) also very close to beaches,stores and restaurants "

"Really awesome place! Checking in was really easy and the amenities were great. The backyard was very scenic and relaxing. A family of deer took a walk through the yard each day. The whole house was very cozy and had a really nice cabin feel to it. 10/10 would stay again!"

"Inside was clean and well maintained. Host was attentive before and during our trip. Unforeseen issues happened outside of their control and they were proactive and transparent about it. Overall, it met our needs and made for a fun weekend at Okoboji!"
