Great staff, beautiful hotel.

Parking was a public lot but just below the hotel, so it was convenient. The entrance is in the alley - that was a bit confusing, but we figured it out. The alley is BUSY - between valet cars (which just go the public parking lot under the hotel) and regular traffic, there was a lot happening in the alley. Room was nicely decorated and felt luxurious. Shower is tricky to figure out at first. The lights are weird - buttons are for all the lights or none of the lights and they aren't in convenient places. Again, not a deal breaker by any means. Close to so many food options, shopping, Gas Town, etc. Beds were comfy. We could hear flushing sounds from other rooms at night, but very little outside noise. (I'm a very light sleeper and slept just fine.) We would definitely stay here again.

Love coming here and so does my dog!

Clean, modern and centrally located.

Beautiful harbour view of Burrard Inlet and the iconic white sales over the convention centre. Wonderful way to wake up in the morning, especially with room service breakfast!
