"I had my first very bad encounter at this facility. There was a female staff that I had never met before as I come there pretty frequently. She called my room at 10:12pm complaining of noise over her head in the office. I was fast asleep and told her it must be the other room opposite side over her. She knew that I was the one in the room and she was just being flat out Racist. I came to office to explain and she loudly put me out of the office with threats of calling the police. I packed my things and left. I doubt if I return as long as she works there. She had so much hate in her eyes and voice. I’m 57 years old and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything thing like it before."

"When we first arrived to the room we noticed large white stain on the couch cushion. We had no blanket on our bed. The body wash in the shower had been half used. The bathroom floors needed to be swept and mopped. The air conditioner made loud noises. Overall the room wasn't very clean. We left after about 30 minutes."

"The bathroom was dirty It was only one wash cloth And it was supposed to be white . But it looked like brownish color, Not something you want to use to clean Up your body. husband and I Had to go purchase some washcloths to the nearby store. The box of tissues only had one tissue . The following Day Went to asked the clerk if we can have clean bath towels and, get Our trash can empty . He’s Reply was that they only have room Service every 3rd Day. Absolutely a bad experience for Us . 😟"

"It was unbeatable for the price, but I wish the hotel would have offered cheaper 1-bed room options. A Continental breakfast might have been nice too. Pretty good though, 4 stars!"

"A renovation would be helpful for the property. There was a generally odd smell in the hallways and the carpet was visibly dirty. The room had a few creepy crawly friends—centipedes. As well as a shower that struggled to work."
