"We checked in late into our room. Room was hot so we clicked the air on. After an hour later and the temperature being 78 we decided to call the front desk. The lady answered wasn’t helpful nor did she care. Her response was “just shut it off”. After another hour of it being off and the room reaching 81. We decided to pack up at 1am and leaving to find another hotel"

"Bedroom suite we had was amazing. Two bathrooms and the extra space was a huge bonus. Exploring the hotel and plaza area was very interesting and our kids loved it too. Parking is kind of annoying and valet tried charging us extra at the en of our stay. "

"The host was welcoming and informative- this was one of the best vacations ever. The hot tub was clean hot and ready to go. We got to enjoy the best of northside!"

"This house has a known plumbing problem that was not disclosed. The sewage odor was nauseating and while we were in the house we had to keep all of the windows open. The company that owns the property acknowledged that they were aware that this was a known issue, but they did not do anything to address the issue. They did issue a partial refund after the fact."
