"The rooms have a lot of little details about being clean staff friendly breakfast not really a little too high priced! "

"The room was not very clean at all, and there were damaged spots everywhere. The carpet has so many stains on it, and the sculpture looked like it had never been dusted. Also, the AC barely worked and it was super hot. It didn't seem like carpet was vacuumed as there was loose string and chunks of plastic on the floor. It was such a disappointing stay, they seem to have no standards for the room upkeep and I am very unsatisfied with having to stay here."

"AC never turned on and the room was 80 degrees. The bathroom door didn’t slide to close and it took over 30min to get maintenance up to look at it. The couches were dirty. The staff never came up to move us like the maintenance said we waited again and had to request the room. Staff acts as if they don’t need the guests to keep the place running. A bit odd based on their behavior. Just terrible."

"Check in staff was very nice and helpful. Rest of stay was not so great. Room was old and a bit ratty and had no accessories. Bed was sagging HVAC was basically useless. The worst part was the morning of check out. We could not get hot water (wasn’t even warm) and apparently it was an issue that resulted in multiple complaints (according to staff member I called). During stay, we went to the sports bar, which has an amazing setup and number of events on. However, we were never approached for drinks or food. Ended up just leaving."

"Valet and luggage service was excellent. Check-in was quick and easy. Food choices on "The Row" were great. Minor complaints are: need more places to hang towels. There was no place for a hand towel and only 1 hook for bath towels. If new towels were provided daily this wouldn't be an issue but their policy is to changetowels and linen every 3 days. Also the shower was very dark due to to only lights being over the sink/mirror."

"Although it is an old building, room is clean. Facilities at 7th floor are in good condition."

"If you are allergic to smoke, stay far away from this property. While smoke is unfortunately common in casinos, the lobby, elevators, hallways, and rooms stink of smoke. I have been home for two days after a week at this property and still have a headache from being staying place for an on property conference. The smoke detector in my room had been tampered with by the previous guest, but they still chose to put me in this room where I coughed through the night and could hardly breathe."
