"Amazing staff who cannot do enough to help. Location was excellent next to the Danube Canal and within easy walking distance to the city centre and all the monuments and historical sights. Rooms were spacious, beds weee very comfortable for a good nights sleep and the rooftop bar gave great views over the city. We will definitely be returning "

A young lady at reception named “Paula”, had the best greeting & was very well informative. Excellent customer service from all the staff. It was good to see the new interior, it really lightens up the place. "
