She was so helpful and had such knowledge of how to get downtown by bus and subway. We enjoyed the pool and the gym both were very well maintained. "The distance to the rooms and the aging infrastructure were issues. I am 73 and it was a very long walk to the elevator. The lack of a restaurant for dinner on site was unexpected. The cover fell off the heater/air conditioner mid way through the night which was startling. And the toilet was running. I fixed it once during the night by taking the lid off the tank and resetting the chain but once was enough. I did report it when I checked out early morning."

"Our 3 night stay was extremely comfortable. Rooms were very spacious and clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace was great to relax with a cocktail in the evenings. We only ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent. Wish we had tried it out for dinner. All in all a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay again when in Montreal again."
