She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get it returned, answering my (several worried) calls and generally being fantastically helpful and kind over several days. "Last minute hotel room. No kitchen was frustrating so had to find a takeaway close by. Close to my destination of Telford International Centre. Key card worked when it wanted to and also same issue with the shower"

"The Lidl over the road was very handy. I tried adjusting the television and a toilet roll fell down from the bracket. No bath towel on the first night, just two hand towels. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was nice but the hotel could do with updating."
