8/10 Very good! (200 reviews)
Very basic rooms, check in experience is completely automated but is not particularly clear. We had 2 rooms and it was fairly painful to get checked in properly.
Separately the high tech locks on the rooms don’t work as well as I think they’d hope.

The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :)

We are senior citizens so the electronic entry system via an app was a challenge but with help we got it to work. The property advertises itself as a Hen and Stag Party venue but that never appeared as part of the information on the Hotels.com website or we wouldn't have bookrd it!
Given that this was their business model I'm not surprised that the place wasn't as clean as my wife would have liked and it was very noisy on the Saturday night.
On the plus side, it was warm and the beds were comfortable. It was ideally situated in the heart of Liverpool city centre so we found we were able to get to everywhere we wanted to walk to very quickly.
I paid through Hotels.com but was charged extra afterwards for various fees which I did not like but I was stuck with the booking by then.

"Nice golf course environment. Rooms are outdated and small, breakfast room is very unwelcoming and more suited for conferences. No casual lounge to eat or drink, more like a high-school canteen. Did not feel like a hotel at all, more like a motel with a golf course and swimming pool"

"Staying here was not the romantic or special stay it was supposed to be. We opted for a junior suite which in itself was not bad, it was clean and spacious so can’t complain there. We stayed on a Monday night and it seemed the rest of the hotel was taken over by a wedding happening on the Tuesday. ..."

"We arrived late at around 10pm and Aaron who was night staff was wonderful! My youngest son was still talking about how nice he was the next morning. The family room we were in had recently been redecorated with new carpet etc and was very clean and welcoming. Beds were slightly hard but others liked ..."
