"We visited the 21st of November and we loved it. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and check in wasnt until 3.30 but there were no problems with using the spa area before hand. Thank you to the man who helped us on the front desk he was lovely. Spa- changing rooms were clean and spacious. Towels were easy to find and plenty of. Pool was lovely along with the sauna, steamroom, area for tropical/arctic shower and a cold water bucket. Plenty of room to sit or lounge. At check in it was straight forward and given directions before heading to our room which was great. Our room was spotless (cleaned by Mia, thanks Mia!) A little rubber duck and some pillow pray on the bed which was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and a lovely chair and foot rest aswell as enough desk space. Bathroom was great, deep bath and separate shower. We would definitely recommend and would stay again"

"My fiancé and I spent 2 nights at Cheltenham Chase last weekend. Having read a few mixed reviews I was a little hesitant to book but went ahead and prepared for an underwhelming experience. However my fiancé and I were very pleasantly surprised and honestly our experience significantly exceeded our expectations on a number of levels. The room was a good size, king or super king size bed and comfortable mattress. Clean and basically well equipped. A lovely countryside view whee ref. Looking above the car park. We had 2 evening meals and 2 breakfasts. All delicious and hot. The spa area was clean and not crowded at any point. At times a little busier than others but some very quiet periods. Absolutely loved the pool temperature, and use of the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. All great temperatures for me. Shower facilities all good. We paid a very reasonable price, a little reduced via a hotel app. Lots of friendly and helpful staff. The only obvious improvements we would have asked for would have been automatic provision of robes, more information in the room regarding meal options and other info about available services and facilities etc and more info offered at the desk as we arrived. Overall a great stay and I’m hoping to set up a membership to be able to use the spa facilities regularly which I found incredibly relaxing 👍"

"Excellent service. We dropped off our bags early and they went in our rooms already when we returned later in the evening. The bath was the highlight of our stay with different saunas and small pools besides just the main large bath area."

"Sweet service, lovely location next to the river, very good accommodation all at a great rate. Tried the restaurant - amazing pizza :) Will be back. And yes - it does have a stunning working Mill Wheel!"
