"Rooms in good condition and workers were good only issue we got snowed in and had to book two rooms straight days and they didn’t do anything for us or even give us breakfast vault"

"I would HIGHLY recommend. I loved the new theatre, the atmosphere and most importantly the staff. The jacuzzi was a great feature. 100% high recommend! "

"You can tell the building is dated but they put some effort into renovations, details and cleaning. Bed was great, room was spacious, bathroom was clean, linens were crisp. My only issues were that food was left from previous visitors in refrigerator (not a huge deal) and the shower didn’t work great. It came out as a trickle unless you pushed on the faucet but I was hesitant to do that as it was a twist faucet. It wasn’t a huge problem but may need to be remedied. Definitely clean property, easy. Heck in/out, reasonably priced for the area. I didn’t get the opportunity to check the continental breakfast. Wasn’t sure where to go for that but wasn’t looking too hard as kids had other options to explore. "

"Elevator is semi broken cant get to the third floor and they placed us on the third floor. Last night of our stay a fight broke out i was in the lobby getting door dash walked to the elevator and a gentleman walked out screaming there was blood all over the elevator floor the guy said his young daughter was in the bathroom hideing scared because it sounded like gun shots going off in the room there was blood all over the second floor from what the guy said it was very scary i will never stay at that hotel again i do know that they shouldnt allow people to live there "

"This place is immaculate, the room are updated, they provide the room essentials, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, towels. The staff was plseant"

"There was no hot tub as advertised. The pool water did not look clean so we did not use it. Our bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and there was blood on the wall. The elevators are currently broken and we were not notified of that at check-in. It would have been nice to have been offered a room upgrade or comped breakfast for these inconveniences, but neither were offered."

"The property is a little run down. Their parking garage is a bit of a disaster. Spaces being taken up by old furniture. Our room looked good on the surface, but it had many bandaids if you looked close. The couch had a white stain on the cushion. The buffet breakfast did not have many choices and would not recommend. "

"I recently stayed at La Quinta and had a generally positive experience. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which always makes a big difference when traveling. The beds were also very comfortable, and I slept well during my stay. That said, I am glad to hear the hotel is getting a revamp. The room showed some wear, including visible cracks and areas that clearly need more than just a fresh coat of paint. With some updates and attention to those details, this property has the potential to be excellent. Overall, a solid stay thanks to the great staff and comfy beds."
