"The person at check in seemed like she wasn't interested in helping out. Just gave our key and walked away not even directing us to the elevators, we had to figure it out ourselves. Was there for a show at Ocean, and am glad we chose Borgata for our stay."

"Unfortunately has gone down hill over the years. Dennis tower carpets extremely dirty, rooms not well maintained. Need to reinvest and update."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, which is a shame, since I’ve stayed at other great Best Western locations. The hotel is very poorly kept. The towels were old and looked yellowish rather than white. The pillows are old, the walls were dirty, and several plug ins did not work. It also didn’t smell like a non-smoking room. Really disappointed. PS there was a cheetoh on the elevator floor that stayed there the whole time."
