Entire floor smelled like a strong odor from someone cooking. We arrived after 11 pm and odor was strong. Bed sheets were not clean.

The Capitol Hotel
Staff seemed to be very nice and although they did not seem to know how their own parking service worked, they did try to help. No loud noises and slept like a baby. The room was mostly clean but the bed had some stains on it. There was paper on the floor...made me feel that they didnt really clean. Staff was pleasant though.
