"This is a great house for a large family or group. Plenty of beds and communal space for everyone. It was exactly what we needed for a weekend wedding visit with extended family. The host was easy to work with and instruction easy to follow. Would stay here again!"

"Nice old home feeling right next to the water where at low tide you can hunt for shells and see other ships near by even watched where a company near by put a couple sale boats in the water place has a nice big deck on the front to sit in the cool breeze from the water very nice people there to help with your needs if needed At first I thought it would be noisy since the owner lives up stairs but I never heard anything that was nice the only downside to the place is there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms and our first day there is was real hot but we made the most of it I want to thank the owner for nice place to stay we all had a blast hope to maybe stay there again in the future"

"We’re in USA for World Cup and did not fancy 10 nights in downtown Boston hotel or apartment. I wanted some outside space and this property has a nice decking area and a large piece of grass. We would have our coffee in the morning and some evening beers outside. It was a short flat walk into Marblehead which is a lovely, clean, safe town with some shops and eating places and great little pub - Maddies Loft. Salem is 10/15 mins in Uber and again is clean and safe with good eating and drinking places. You can get a train into Boston North Station from Salem and it takes around 30 minutes and it’s not expensive. It also worth getting the water taxi from Salem to Boston it takes around 50 minutes and has a roller and a bar. Marblehead is a great place to visit Boston but then get away into some quieter space and have the best of both worlds. Really enjoyed my stay with my family and would recommend it if you like your own space to chill."

"Just as pictures shown. We took the rail into Boston, so easy to get to from house. We did walk to the beach, it is beautiful. All beds were comfortable. It was a great spot for us to get to Boston and Salem. Plenty of towels. Thanks for a great place to stay for our vacation!"

"Great location and very comfortable stay! Walking distance to McDonalds, Starbucks, Family Dollar, and a gas station. The drive to downtown was 5 to 10 minutes. I was a bit confused about parking but just parked right out front with no issues. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The stairs are very steep as the listing said so I would not recommend this to anyone with mobility or balance issues. Entrance was around back with a keypad - no issues there but once you go up the first set of stairs there is another door with a keypad. The second one did not work but I used the keys from the lockbox out side with no issue. I was thankful they communicated those were there just incase! I would recommend this location to anyone and would definitely stay here again!"
