"Holiday Inn express was great. It was clean and had a nice continental breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"I was a bit upset when I was checking in & was told the OCEAN tower actually has no ocean view. They tried to upgrade me but for a extra charge of $108 a day, I was staying 3. So I refused. At 5am I was awoken by the person next door spitting up lungies & yelling about wanting coffee. (Didnt realize it was a afjoining toom and you could gear EVERYTHING) so I went to the lobby to see if they have any towers w/o adjoining rooms, at that point I was willing to pay extra for some sleep. Well to my surprise the young man said he could move me to anotger tower free of charge! Wish i had gotten his name because he gave amazing customer service! And guess what? The new room had full view of the ocean! So that was a plus! The overall stay was great!! Clean beautiful hotel! Will definitely be going back. "
