I’d booked and paid for a room via Expedia. When I arrived I was told that I would not be staying there as they were fully booked and they had no rooms available. They claimed that there had been a change of ownership/management the week before and even though I myself had only booked two days before my arrival they denied any knowledge of my booking. I was left trying to find an alternative place to stay at 7pm on a Saturday night. Beware of pre booking if this is how they now treat guests. You’ll find that walk in enquiries paying cash appear to now have priority!

"Great location in Bristol. Friendly staff, good size room, very clean and good strength shower too! Stayed for the weekend, and it was very quiet at night, couldn't hear any noise from the outside. Would highly recommend if you're staying in Bristol"
