"Great service will stop again "

"It was a bit underwhelming, definitely just a hotel to stay at for a day to two."

"The property was very dated and the rooms were not very clean. Also, upon arrival the staff was very unpleasant to work with and we arrived early with a noted early arrival check in time and they would not accomodate this and would not let us into our room until 4pm, which made us late to our reservations for a show at Sheas theater. They also placed a rather large hold on my credit card for incidentals that took almost a week to be returned to my card. We will not be staying here again in the future. "

"Very dated. AC/Heat Unit did not work. Shower would not get much past very warm."

"Not everyone with a bag is doing laundry at the hotel. "

"Evening staff were very nice. The room was clean and pleasantly decorated. The shower had a crack across the bottom which I think needs attention. "
