The hotel was better than I had expected, for such a large property.
The room was lovely, had a scandi vibe and quiet, due to the internal door separating the bedroom from the hallway. Facilities in the room were great too. Steamer, iron/ironing board etc.
Breakfast was good, but the area was chaotic. It was so big and packed that the noise was quite overwhelming - I’d maybe go before 0800 for business and after 0930 for leisure, to avoid the chaos.

The room was located in an ideal location, clean and safe but the back of the hotel opens to the train so if you do want to open a window, the window will be bombarded by train traffic and sound and not the best air.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. It is a modern hotel with larger rooms than those found in the older hotels. The bathroom was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of our stuff.
I especially like that we were a very short walk from Victoria Rail Station.

The apartment was excellent, would definitely stay again.
However the check in process was a disaster. No information was sent through, I had to call to chase up - thankfully I established this in office hours as it took several attempts to find a working number. Then I was sent to the wrong apartment. Eventually made it, but the process needs improvement.
