"The Ballard Studio was spacious, clean and well maintained, nicely furnished, and the owner included very nice amenities in the kitchen and bath as well as a washer and dryer, all at our disposal. Our only discomfort was that the studio is not air conditioned and there is only one small window, which opens to the busy street, and no cross ventilation. A tower fan that is in the room proved to be noisy and unreliable. So, sleeping there on a warm night was not that refreshing. The only interior...

We loved hearing the water lapping on the shore with gorgeous views of the water. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample pillows and blankets.
