This spacious second level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has access to shared heated pool & hot tub. The master bedroom has a king bed, private deck. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk. The third bedroom has a queen bed & private deck. Relax in front of the gas fireplace or BBQ after a day in the mountains. The unit also has in-suite washer/dryer.

The Sunpath complex features a superb location. Only a six-minute walk to the lifts, and also a short walk to the Whistler Conference Centre and all Village attractions. The Marketplace mall is located nearby and includes grocery and liquor stores.

Because of the location of this beautiful home, everything is within walking distance. In the winter time the Resort Municipality of Whistler and BC Transit are offering the free #4 bus from Marketplace to the base of Whistler Mountain - after a long day on the slope why not take the bus home?

Free parking in assigned stall in secure underground parkade. Visitor parking available on first come, first serve basis inside the parkade gates, and is only available for 90 mins.

⌂ Base occupancy is 6 adults and max occupancy is 7 adults. The 7th adult pays C$35 per night. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.

Fantastic Stay

We loved this place for our family of four. It has great living space with well stocked kitchen, dining area and comfy living room complete with fireplace. The location is excellent close to the village with all its dining and shoppes.

Great condo and location

updated and gorgeous condo. Great location, a bit more quiet this time of year in Whistler so we got in a bit earlier which was very nice of the owners. Took advantage of the hot tub and pool all 3 days. Super clean. I will stay here again!! Been staying up in Whistler for over 40 years and this was my favorite. Thanks for the great stay!!

We really enjoyed our short getaway. The unit was walking distance to the village which was perfect for us because we had a baby and a toddler. The place was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped which we love because we always cook a big pot of noodles and they had all the essentials we needed to make it and the espresso machine was the best part. all airbnb should have a espresso machine hahaha. We had a minor issue but it was dealt with right away. I highly recommend and will come back next time.

Nice place overall

Standard condo unit. I’ve stayed in various units in this complex over the past 10 years. They’re all about the same. This one was fine. I didn’t like how there was a huge dresser in the queen room closet. Couldn’t hang anything. And the bed has drawers anyway so why the dresser? Felt cramped. Nice flooring had been put down in the balconies. I’d stay again.

very good location for a large family gathering. pool was right outside the front door. enough space for everyone. only negative was the heat. it's an upper unit, so the first floor is only the entryway. the main living area is on the second floor, and all bathrooms and bedrooms are on the third floor. there were enough fans, but the first night there, it was 80+ degrees in each bedroom. pretty difficult to get good sleep when you're that hot. however, the rest of the time, we had the fans on all day and windows open, which helped a lot. as long as you know this going in and prepare for it, you'll be fine. everything else about the unit was great. can't really blame the host for it being hot during the summer though.

This was a lovely place to stay! The couch is super comfy. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Check in and out process was a breeze. Parking stall was easy to find. The unit is in a great location. We enjoyed walking the village and exploring. It’s also well insulated for noise, which I was worried about as you are above a lower unit and have units in either side. Some units in the complex provide pool towels which is something I would recommend this one do. We also found the bed in the second bedroom to be too hard to sleep on. There were lots of pillows and the duvets were puffy and soft. And there was no spare toilet paper in either bathroom, so one roll during your stay or bust! The property management did say they were only open Monday to Friday, so we didn’t call to get more as we stayed over a weekend. We also found a bottle of vinegar left on the table on the main patio, and a straw was left on the master bedroom dresser. so maybe a last minute check is in order from the housekeeping team. Other than that the place was clean and cozy. We ended up being a party of 3 rather than 5, and I wouldn’t recommend more than 5 people stay here or 6 who really get along as it seems tight! If we had more than one car there was extremely limited street parking, and the visitor parking is 90 minutes max. Over all a beautiful location, and a well set up townhouse with nice amenities. I would stay here again.

Another great stay in Whistler!

We really lucked out when we found this property! We have stayed in the same complex before, but not in a 3 bedroom setup or in a unit that was this updated. It was wonderful to have the three separate bedrooms for everyone and to enjoy a space that was much more modern and well appointed than others. The water pressure and firmness (right range between too soft and too hard) was also excellent in both showers! We will definitely look to stay here again during our next trip up to Whistler!
