A stylish refurbished 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Whitby, with Harbour views and a large garden terrace. We are located on the most famous street Grape Lane. The apartment has undergone a complete refurbishment and boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open plan kitchen/dining living.

Our apartment has a compact kitchen, living-dining area. There are doors that lead out onto the fabulous garden terrace, with outdoor seating, enjoy the indoor/outdoor seating. Our modern in style, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need for a self-catering stay in Whitby. Prepare meals easily with the cookware and appliances provided and enjoy them with your loved ones. We have a compact foldable dining table to ensure we maximise space. Also included in this space is the living area which features one comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV. From the windows, you can see beautiful views of the boats in the harbor.
The apartment boasts two large double bedrooms a brand new bathroom, complete with a large walk-in shower
Guests have access to the whole property including the garden terrace. Our professional hosting team will be on standby from 8:30am until 11:00pm 7 days a week to assist with any issues
Please note due to the fantastic location of the apartment being in the heart of Whitby town centre, there may be some noise, which, is to expect for such a central location. Please do not book if you do not want to be in the heart of Whitby
We are in a Grade 2 listed building so there are no double glazed windows, we have had to retain the original beautiful sash windows
Due to being in central Whitby and on an iconic street we don’t have parking. However we recommend parking at the following:
Church Street (3 mins walk) Scarborough Borough Council Church Street Whitby YO22 4AS £9 for 24 hours
- Cliff Street (6 Mins walk) Scarborough Borough Council Cliff Street Whitby YO21 3DD £9 for 24 hours

PLEASE NOTE: This home can possibly have noticeable wear and tear from frequent use and the furniture can start to age. Worn/stained carpets, faded curtains, missing blinds and minor scuffs and scrapes on the walls, etc. Please keep an open mind while vacationing. No refunds will be given. Should any major equipment or appliance require attention, we will work to fix all issues as soon as possible during normal business hours, however, we cannot issue refunds or make price adjustments. There will be no refunds due to weather problems, early check-out, and interruption of any service due to maintenance problems that arise before or after guests' reservations. In case of incidents beyond our control, severe damage or sale of the property, Pass The Property reserves the right to substitute the property to a similar or superior accommodation near the original one without further liability. Unfortunately, we cannot predict construction activities near our properties. We may not be able to notify the guests prior to arrival. There will be no refunds due to construction or renovation activity around the rental property. There will be no refunds for internet or tv outages in the area that we do not have control over. When a guest checks out, the unit will be inspected by a member of the staff. If any damage not previously reported is found, the cost to fix or replace the damaged part shall be billed through the guest booking channel.
