"We went for the deluxe ocean view with balcony, and we are so happy for this choice! Our balcony was right on the ocean, where we had crashing waves right under our balcony when the tide was in, and we had a beach to walk on when the tide was out - awesome! Staff/owners were friendly and helpful. Our room was large - we really appreciated the larger room - with a large balcony. It had been recently upgraded and we really appreciated that as well. Being right on the ocean, upkeep of the property is a challenge, but this operation appeared to be dedicated to upgrading and maintaining this ideal property by the ocean. Plymouth town and area is a wonderful stay, many things to do and a wonderful and quaint downtown area. If we were to go back to Plymouth, we would return to this property."

"We enjoyed having a glass of wine by the fire pit in the courtyard area, and the adjoining restaurant for breakfast. Our primary interest was proximity to the Shining Sea Bikeway which was just a block away. Easy stroll to the downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. We did not use the indoor pool as it was crowded with families which wasn’t our vibe but they were obviously having a great time on a rainy night. Free parking a plus. We would stay here again."

"Overall, the hotel and our room were lovely. There was a large event taking place during our stay, and a significant number of younger guests from the event were gathered throughout the public areas. While completely understandable, it did make it difficult for us to enjoy those spaces. Our only real disappointment was breakfast. We needed something quick and were directed to the to-go area, but waited more than 20 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich. When it was made incorrectly, the interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and we were made to feel as though the mistake was our fault. A little more customer-service-minded handling would have made a big difference. Aside from that experience, we had a lovely room and enjoyed our stay overall."
