"Checkin was great - lady was very helpful and took credit card for paying parking, after departure phone call received that credit card declined - they asked me to read out the numbers, while I was in the middle of supermarket. Asked for a link to pay it. No link received. Emailed in to ask for it and link received and bill paid. Then they decided to try my credit card 10 more times, 4 more emails to demand payment for parking. Eventually threatened them with legal action if they persisted in demanding payment after I had paid. The incompetence of the back office staff is legendary and reinforces my dislike of Mercure!"
