"We had a wonderful stay at hotel Encanto during our two nights stay. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable. We loved the tile bathroom floor and the toiletries left in the bathroom. And they will be upgrading to the larger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower area too be greener and not waste product. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub area. Beautiful landscaping, so many areas to sit and relax. A gas fireplace and a gas fire pit also made it very special. There are two restaurants, one that serves breakfast and lunch and one that serves dinner and has a bar. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. The gym was great and even had free weights. All in all a great stay and we will be back."

"I think this is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been there smelled of smoke everywhere sheets were stained mold in the bathroom. Everything smelled. I couldn’t express how bad this place was. We actually didn’t stay after visiting the room we asked for a refund and left."
