Hotel slightly dated but comfortable, good facilities. Well located with huge car park and lovely garden Dinner was excellent, I only had continental breakfast so can’t comment on that

Really nice run hotel, most friendly. Nice patio in the sun, good food, very helpful staff. Hotel is what it is in Whitehaven , thoughoughly recommended

Work trip

I have stayed here a couple of times now for work, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the breakfast is always cooked just right. This stay it was rather warm and there is no air-conditioning, so i was given a room fan, not the most effective, but the thought and attention to detail was veryuch appreciated. Would i stay here again...... Yes

I had a one night stay here and have zero complaints about the hotel. Check in was straightforward, room was very clean, with tea/coffee etc and the bar and restaurant had good options. Breakfast was lovely too.

One night stay. Room on top floor wasn't expecting no lift, not suitable for anyone with mobility. Breakfast was basic, poached eggs returned. Why only basic white & brown cheap bread on offer.

Good hotel for a nights stay

Stayed before and like the hotel. Fit for purpose and good value for a nights stay. Welcome not as good as usual, bit disappointing and didnt have a meal there as I usually do due to that fact.

Lovely stay at The Chase hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly, rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and location to Whitehaven and the rest of the lakes was good!

Great stay

Super friendly/helpful staff. Good selection of beers at the bar. Walls/decor would appreciate a bit a refresh but a great stay none the less. If staying for The Northern Traverse/Coast2Coast and planning onleaving super early, they can send you off with a basic take away breakfast but need to know a few days in advance.
