"Clean room, friendly staff. Safe and secure. Amenities included were great."

"I reserved a handicap accessible room with 2 queens. Natalie who checked us in got another woman and told her the only one they had available was a room a regular customer insisted on when he was there, but was not checking in the same day. The other wiman then turned to me and said they only wave the walk in showers in a king room, but we could have that. We had 3 people and 1 king bed was not going to work. The room We were put in had broken drawer handles, a crack across part of the shower, and damage to the wall. Then when we tried to go to the pool, the ceiling had collapsed above the stairs intothe pool. Those two amenities were why i chose this hotel, even though it was more expensive. When i asked for a manager, i was told there was none on duty."

"Toilet doesn't work they would not change my room. They did fix toilet but then they had roaches the plugs won't hold anything The mini refrigerator went out No trash can Never again 😒 I really deserve half my money back."

"Construction was going on next door but parking lot still wasn't that bad. Nice clean hotel lobby an room. Great breakfast in the morning. Definitely would recommend an stay again. Probably be lot nicer when construction is completed. "

"About the only good thing this hotel has going for it is the staff. They are all very nice and pleasant to work with. The rooms have a very strong smell. I’m not sure if it’s the cleaning products that are used but it is not a “clean” smell, it was very chemically, and it didn’t go away in the two nights we stayed. The water pressure in the shower is sinfully low, our bathroom sink was slow draining from the moment we got there. The duvet was thin and when we asked for more blankets they gave us a sheet. We also asked for an additional pillow since there were only three on the bed and the front desk said they didn’t have any. Zero extra pillows in the whole hotel? The continental breakfast would have been nice, but the food was cold despite it all sitting on heaters. It’s cheap if you’re trying to save a buck, but there are other cheap hotels in the same area that we’ve had better experiences at. I’d recommend going elsewhere."
