"Nicely done out. A couple of issues in terms of equipment - only one mug so we had to go out and buy one the following day. Also no potato peeler, cafetière (coffee machine needed capsules which are more expensive to buy). The outdoor area could have been made more attractive. The alley at the back was full of rubbish. We did receive quick feedback to our concerns about the mug and the lockpad being left on the code. "

"I stay in hotels for approx 6 months of the year so I like to think I know a decent place when I come across it. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Absolutely filthy. Furniture in the living room was badly stained and soiled. The bed sheets had lots of stains consisting of different colours. I felt dirty even sitting on the quilt. The windows were difficult to open. The worst of all was the towels, there was human excrement on the towel. Absolutely disgusting. Contacted the...
