I wish the water was hotter, had to ask to have room cleaned after 1st day as housekeeping did not come. Very responsive though when inquiries made.

Our first room was allocated to us in error, as it was unmade and out of order. The second room was lovely, but one of the bedside lamps didn't work, which was replaced very quickly

"The property was phenomenal. I won’t lie - I was nervous about the shared bathrooms. They were kept very clean! Everyone was very respectful and you didn’t feel like privacy was lacking.
