Enclosed lawned garden with decking, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. This beautiful luxury house is a stone’s throw from the beach and a very short drive away from some lovely pubs, restaurants and cafés in Whitstable, Herne Bay and Canterbury. The house is very well finished and offers enough room for a family gathering of multiple generations. with plenty to do on your doorstep and the beach just a 5-minute walk away, this property is perfect for a seaside holiday yet still offers the busy towns and cities of the surrounding areas such as Whitstable, and Canterbury, known for its famous cathedral and shopping precinct.

The House itself has a large lawned garden which offers a mediterranean feel, perfect for a family barbecue and drinks whilst the kids play games. Situated on a very quiet no through road. Beach 300 yards.
