No Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, and your deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note, this house is in a quiet residential area, and quiet hours after 9pm must be respected.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A standard charge of £500 will be applied to your card if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any resulting damage.

We have free private parking on site with space for 2 car.
🧶 LINEN & TOWEL CARE Please help us keep our linens and towels in excellent condition for all guests. We kindly ask that towels are not used for removing makeup or cleaning spills, and that food and drinks are kept away from beds where possible. Where bed linen or towels are excessively stained or damaged beyond normal use and cannot be professionally cleaned, the cost of replacement may be charged. If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help.
🐶 PET POLICY:
A pet fee applies and must be paid through the online check-in form before arrival. Pets must be kept off all soft furnishings and beds, are strictly limited to the downstairs area, must not be left unattended, and must not cause noise or disturbance. Guests are liable for any damage or additional cleaning caused.
🛁 Long Stay Cleaning Policy:
For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a clean to can be booked every 14 nights thereafter, at the cost of the guest. During these cleans, the entire property will be refreshed, consumables restocked, and linens and towels changed. Please contact us for further discounts when booking long stays.
