"The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming."

"Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well. "

"Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us."

"Fabulous! Apartment was exactly as pictured.
View of Westminster and London Eye from
balcony was extra special. Plenty of room for family of 5. Close to all transport, shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Grab some waters and essentials from
the Tesco around the corner and you are all
set. Would definitely return!"

"Absolutely stunning. And the bathroom is insanely beautiful. Perfect base stay in London and will be using again in the future. Just book it, you won't regret. "

"This was a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful inside with lots of room. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and laundry were priceless and the location to the train station was about 15 min. The property managers were excellent. Would recommend this for any traveler to London! "

"We had a recently renovated triple room. It was extremely clean and the 3 single beds were ideal for us. The bathroom was lovely the only downside was no door on the shower so made the rest of the bathroom very wet and slippery when used.
Breakfast had a good choice and reasonably priced at £15 pp.
when I booked didn’t realised there was a lot of building works going on but didn’t hear any noise after 5pm or before 8am - no good if you want a lie in as it was noisy after 8 but fine for us.
We would definitely stay here again.
Location was fantastic
Staff really helpful"
"Booked a twin room and given a king. Messaged while out to get sorted, message not reads. They did send housekeeping in at 11pm when we got back but I ended up covering the duvets to speed things up. Shower has black mould - room 306. No excuse for that - park plaza / radisson have enough guests and should do the basics right. Not good enough"
"The hotel is great good location, good rooms, excellent restaurant for both evening meals and breakfast.
Unfortunately check in is an absolute joke, arrived at the hotel around 3.30 pm to be told the rooms we’re not ready and would not be ready for some time, after waiting for an hour we decided to eat in the restaurant, which was excellent, as we need to be at the theatre for 7pm and would need to shower and change first. Before entering the restaurant I went to to reception to enquire how much longer the rooms we’re going to be. I was told six minutes for one, and no time forecast for the other room.
After eating back to reception to be told one room was ready but the other still was not,
I asked to see the manager who told me it was my fault as I wanted the two rooms on the same floor, not great customer service and at no time was I offered a room on a different floor earlier,I told her if they could not for fill my booking they should have not taken the booking in the fist place, I just got sorry as a response , this is such a pity as the hotel was good on all other levels"
"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would rate my experience 4 out of 5 stars. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which I truly appreciated.
The main issue during my stay was that the air conditioning in my room was not working when I arrived. Since air conditioning was listed as an included amenity, I expected it to be available from the start. After reaching out through Expedia, the issue was addressed and fixed, and I was satisfied with the resolution. However, I did spend one day without AC before it was corrected.
I also had my “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed, but staff knocked on a couple of occasions to restock the minibar and provide room service. While I appreciate the attention to guest comfort and the level of hospitality, I would have preferred that the Do Not Disturb request be fully respected.
That said, the staff truly went above and beyond when I was leaving for the airport. My Uber rides kept getting canceled, and I was becoming very nervous about making my flight. The hotel team quickly helped arrange a taxi for me and reassured me that I would get to the airport on time. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during a stressful situation made a lasting impression and were genuinely lifesavers.
Despite a few issues, the excellent service and care shown by the staff made for an enjoyable stay overall, and I would gladly consider staying here again."
"Very friendly and attentive staff.
Comfortable bed and seating in room. Great location for exploring Westminster. Bus stops are right outside. Tube stations 10mins and 15mins away.
Smell of drains from shower in room and tiles and shower head showing signs of their age and quite grubby.
We would stay here again."
"Well situated for central London, down a leafy street, and very close to the river and Tate Britain.
The rooms aren’t huge, but extremely well thought through, so we felt we had plenty of space.
Good air-con and shower. Breakfast was great, and the front desk was extremely helpful. Thank you"
