"Staff were really excellent, friendly, helpful. Nothing was too much much trouble for them. Breakfast was a very good variety and fresh. Bar provided a variety wines, beers and cocktails and there was Happy hour. Bar staff were excellent especially Aquila. Cleanliness of room was fine but the louvres in the bedroom and bottom of fly screen were mouldy."

"Allen greeted us on our first day we arrived in Rarotonga, we found to be very easy going and respectful. Nothing seemed to be a problem with hm.The house was very spacious and clean a pleasure to kick back and relax for the next 12 days, with a short walk to the Papaaroa beach really convenient. The house also had a big washing machine and large clothes line for use. The area was really quiet at night until of course when the roosters wake up in the mornings. Also a 10 minute walk to Kent Hall and CITC shop.We would recommend to anyone Allen and Isabelle house for a family to stay in whilst in Rarotonga. Quiet , clean close drive to Charlies, Muri Beach, Titikaveka Church etc.Thank you Allen and Isabelle, my family are counting the days for our next holidays to the Cook Islands. Hopefully we can stay in your house."

"We stayed as a couple and I could see that it would suit a family very well also. Plenty of room in our villa, generous supplies such as milk, tea, coffee, soaps, shampoo, toilet paper etc. Lovely breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal & toast in the open air cafe which is situated right next to play area for kids, handy for families. Staff so friendly and helpful. There is a small bakery and takeaway/cafe within walking distance but closest bar or restaurant would be 2km away. I would advise first timers to Cooke Islands to pre book your own transport. (you really need it!) The villas are well equipped for self catering if you choose to do that. Safe snorkelling just across the road with shallow waters and plenty of colorful fish. Lagoon Breeze also had reef shoes, snorkels, masks and fins to borrow which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lagoon Breeze Villas!"

"The property is beautiful, lovely gardens around the pool and cabana and each apartment had a private patio area out front. Apartment was spacious and modern, bathroom was excellent. Small complex which made it quiet and relaxing. Hosts were very friendly. Would definitely stay again."
