Couldn’t have asked for more, everything you need for a break away. Check in was great at the small reception which is also a shop with all that you may need for your stay. We were then shown to the cottage and given a guided tour, we were also advised where to park. Cottage was very clean tastefully decorated throughout. A welcome booklet was on the table with contact number for emergencies (docs/vets), as well as local takeaways, if you didn’t want to cook. This also had local walks and things to do nearby. The kitchen was well equipped with cleaning products and equipment/appliances (even had weigh scales in kitchen cupboard). I stayed here with my husband and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room. The bedroom was spacious, large double bed, with two double wardrobes. The en-suite was also very spacious with body wash, shampoo conditioner and towels.
To the outside there is a small rear garden with a decked area for the hot tub, which we used often during our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer it was just what we needed. Perfect break away if you want to get away from it all.
