Broken door lock in bathroom, worn out carpet on stairs, no curtains on blinds that didn't close well, did not use bath ,very dirty, both taps on basin had hot water.

Great location, very clean. Only downside was a little bit of maintenance was needed, mainly in the bathroom. Only 2 plug sockets accessible in the room which were near the tv and with a usb next to the bed. Staff very friendly and everything was smooth checking in/out.

"Great location, a little noisy through the night from people leaving pubs nearby and delivery truck every morning unloading and banging glass bottles about was the only downfall as I’m a very light sleeper anyway 😩"

"Loved the hotel - excellent experience. Only downside was that the lights in thee room were on a sensor and were constantly on/off, which was an bit of a pain. Great location for the station and walking into town."
