"This was our first time staying at Poconos Villa, and the place exceeded our expectations. We had the 3 bedroom condo, and it was very spacious, probably recently renovated, and clean. It made us wish we had a place of our very own like it. The villa included a resort fee, which was affordable. There were a couple of things we didn’t like about our place. First, it was a bit dusty; we could tell because my husband is highly sensitive to dust, which made him sneeze a lot and felt unwell. It was a good thing, we brought allergy meds though, and that took care of it. The second thing was the wall connecting to the other room was not sound proof, so we heard all the neighbor’s noise. Just a little warning, people at concierge will offer you to attend an hour meeting in order to sell a time-share property. However, they were very professional and not pushy. My family and I will definitely come back and stay there again."

Conveniently located between “necessity” store s (markets, Walmart, Lowe’s, fast food, etc.), and the quaint part of town with dining and shoppes. Next to a diner (so-so, but ok in a pinch and if you’re not in a hurry)."

"Let me just take a second to give a massive thank you to Jackie, the proprietor, for saving my butt last night! I had a very late arrival and completely forgot to call ahead. Could well have been sleeping in my car for the night. But Jackie made sure to not only go drop my key for pickup on arrival, but she also made sure my room was nice and cool when I got there. The Angel of Sussex they call her. Book this place!"

"Lovely setting and history of the inn and golf course was interesting . Really came to golf and was not disappointed. Course was very well maintained and fun to play. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Enjoyed the jazz on Tuesday outside and the brewery pizza was yummy. Our meal at the Inn’s restaurant was fabulous! I had trout and it was perfect. Calimari was best I ever had. New chef is very inventive. Only negative is there were ants in our room and the place needs a bit of paint here and there and new carpets in the hallways. Bathrooms are tiny and not really safe with the step up and no handrails in the shower. Have to be mindful for sure. Would go back regardless."
