"Property is clean and well appointed. Beds nice and comfortable and discreet areas downstairs for dining, eating etc.There is no parking at the property itself but I found it easy to park on the road across from the house. Pubs nearby excellent and busy with good food. Well located to explore Sandringham / Hunstanton and beyond. I would visit again. I would note that there is a large step down from the hallway to the kitchen. which my 80 yr old mum found quite difficult to navigate unaided and may be an issue for small children too. But other than that highly recommended."

"Lovely relaxed place ro stay but we were not expecting a bathrom on the ground floor which was annoying as my partner is disabled. But we slept well and enjoyed the breakfasts. I gave it a 4 as we paid considerably more to Hotel.com than our receipt from the owner showed: over 25% difference which was over £100 and we felt the price we paid was too high. I also did not aske for insurance but was charged for it"

"Wonderful holiday cottage. Quiet village location wirh parking for 2 cars.Extremely clean, nicely furnished, cute outside space to enjoy the morning/evening sun. One of the best we have stayed in. In particular things provided.. a lovely welcome food pack.. supply of dishwasher tablets. washing up liquid. tea/hand towels. dish cloths , very large fridge/freezer..Very good/useful information book.The only downside for us personally as 4 adults was the upstairs is a bit tight for space and only 1 bathroom. The twin room was very small for 2 adults including the size of the beds, both men in our party are 6 foot! We couldnt both get ready in the small room at the same time. It would be more suited to a family with 2 children. But we couldnt fault the cottage for cleanliness & comfort. Really enjoyed our stay.. Loved the wooden mice & discovering different ones every day."
