"Room smelled like mildew and floor was coming up! No towels "

"Clean, relatively quiet, comfortable room in a good location for NRG Park and the Med Center. Soundproofing from outside train whistles not very good, outrageous mandatory valet parking fee of $50 a night, fancy-but terrible-in room coffee maker. "

"The staff was courteous. Location is excellent for attending events at NRG Stadium. Hotel condition is poor. The room was spacious, but outdated. Everything seemed really old. No refrigerator or microwave. The trash can in the living area had trash and a big wad of hair in it. The top bedspread had a very visible stain. The bar was a joke, out of many things including food and alcohol. I ordered an Old Fashion, and they were out of many bourbons, gave me two choices. I picked one and they upcharged me $8, so I paid $20 for a three ounce drink, served in a small plastic cup."

"This hotel was OK. It’s older and a bit rundown. I paid the premium price because it was during the rodeo. It definitely was not worth that price, but it was convenient. It’s doable for a place to sleep, but definitely not luxurious. "

"Ice my stay at this hotel was horrible. Let’s start off with the false advertisement with the outdated pictures on Hotels.com. It does not look anything like that. Upon arrival we were giving a room and entering the room it’s stunk so bad my sister gagged and almost threw up we had to go downstairs to request another room and that room didn’t smell up to park either, but it was better than the first room. The first room covers had stains on them. The second room bed set had stains on them. That is why I went downstairs to ask for the housekeeping to come and change the sheets on the bed we were told we cannot get housekeeping up there that we will have to change the beds ourselves that was strike one strike two is when they never did come up until the third day to clean the room and we ran out of washcloths and dry off towels. The first night when we ran out of washcloths, my sister went downstairs to request some more. She was told that there wasn’t any now; what hotel do you know don’t have washcloths? That made us have to go buy wash cloths from Walmart along with cleaning supplies because the room stinks so bad and it was not cleaned up to part then one night we ran out of towels so the next morning I went down to the front desk to ask for towels and the front desk person tells me I have to bring down the dirty towels in order to get some new towels. I’m not a maid for hotel 6. Overall do not stay here if you like cleanliness and fresh air. It’s dirty A.F "

"The area looked ok. The parking lot seemed safe and well lit. There's only one way in/out of the lot which keeps people from wandering around the parking lot off the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The A/C was really cold and the room was clean. There is no breakfast or coffee in the lobby (as stated in the Hotels.com website) but that didn't matter to me. All in all Iwould definitely stay again. It's a short drive to NRG area as well. The room was really spacious and included a small sofa and coffee table. Great stay and i recommend it. "
