We had another amazing week at he The Grand - something we truly look forward to each year. Overall it was okay, the property itself is beautiful and the condo was spacious enough for my family. The team members were all polite, friendly and helpful. We didn’t have much interaction, but when we did, it was pleasant.

The check in and out experience was much better this year than in years past. The seemed much more available, organized, and accessible. We also had an appliance and a few maintenance issues in our unit that were handled in a timely way with only minor interference in our vacation.

The kids pool is still broken from last year. They should fix it or replace it with something else. Also the pool elevator is still broken. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I would 100% come back. Great. Worked with multiple people and they were all fantastic and friendly. Very prompt.
