We were really impressed with the staff and service. The breakfast bar was amazing. Our only issue is that we paid for 3 nights accommodation that we did not use. The Corona Virus situation forced us to leave early. We were told that we would not receive a refund because we prepaid for the hotel.
Very handy place to stay if you are visiting Disneyland Paris. The shuttle service runs pretty much each 30 mins and comes with a link to track the shuttles progress, which was very handy for any nervous travellers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but some fixtures could use redesign or extra maintenance to clean them. The breakfast in particular was AMAZING with all allergens clearly labelled for anyone with allergies. A very good hotel all around!
Everything about the hotel was excellent.... Room was spa ious and the breakfast selection was excellent
Staff were friendly. Issue with shower was fixed.got burnt on over boiling kettle reported but not fixed. Door lock didn’t always work as screws stick out. Damaged door so this is known to staff. Emailed staff for the contact details of company they use. No response and it has been five days. Would not go back as very poor customer service
