The hotel is very clean and modern. The 7th floor bar is really nice and the complimentary coffee/latte machine is very convenient. The hotel rooms are very small even compared to European standards, especially at almost $300/night including taxes and fees. The rooms should be larger at that price point. We booked from a night before arriving to guarantee a room, our initial room did not have working heat. We called the front desk and they sent building engineer immediately, however he was not able to get the heat going for us. They quickly moved us to another room on the same floor with working heat. Apart from that no other issues to note. Thank you!

What I liked: nice clean bed to sleep in, room size, all hotel info on the TV, water provided, updated furniture and a spacious common area near reception, the concierge (Damian is the absolute best!), the ambience and music playing in common areas, the view from the reception area, walking distance to EVERYTHING! What I did not like: I will not go into too much detail, but the following could be improved: Housekeeping cleaning, advanced notice of work being done in and around the hotel, communication could be more genuine and friendly by some staff (not all - most seemed friendly), room view.

We came for business and pleasure. We had two double bed rooms for 6 women. It was perfect. Plenty of room to sleep and get ready. They were very nice to face our rooms right next to each other. The amenities are wonderful! Best hotel breakfast ever and the hotel lounge is great for nightly drinks and relaxing. Will stay here again
