2025 Winter Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at Lee and Mathis' property. It felt like home. We were comfortable the minute we opened the front door. The owners were so very helpful with any questions or assistance we needed. Close to a walking trail, pool, shuffle board, bocce, tennis and pickle ball and more - it was a great find.

What a great place!

We had such a good time! House provided us with everything we needed plus some. Enjoyed the evenings on the spacious lanai, comfortable furniture, nice golf cart, great location. Will be back!

Lovely Home in Wonderful De Luna

Lovely Home in our favorite Village of De Luna. The owners were easy to communicate with. The golf cart was new and ran great. Nice open floor plan to talk while in the kitchen. Close to Finney and Brownwood.

Great vacation

Took my 94 year old uncle Robert here for a week. Mathis sent instructions to get to the house and to get in which made everything very simple. House was clean and comfortable just like living at home. Would definitely recommend and go back again!!!

Wonderful House

I stayed at Lee & Mathis house in the Village of DeLuna over Labor Day Weekend. The house was very comfortable. I enjoyed taking the golf car over to Brownwood Square & visiting with family that lives close by. The house was stocked with everything you need from the kitchen, to linens & bath products.

Beautiful, clean villa

This was our first time visiting the villages. We loved our place and had a great time. There was some food left in the pantry, coffee and other little things that made it feel at home. We loved the squares. Brownwood square is close enough with golf cart but, I would take care for Sumter lake.

From the moment that we booked the property manager was there to help us with the process. We arrived and we were very pleased with the cleanliness and the location There was a binder with information about the Villages and what their was to do as well as information on the property Our stay was short but we enjoyed our time in the property and would highly recommend

Nice Place

The home is clean and exactly as advertised. We were only there a short time but were very comfortable. The linens are soft and the beds are firm. The kitchen is well stocked and has lots of prep space. The location is conveniently located very close to the turnpike and has a great walking trail our pooch enjoyed. You really do just need to bring your clothes.

Quiet and Convenient

The two bed two bath villa is located on a quiet street in the villages and while it backs onto the 301, there is no traffic noise to be heard. The villa is meticulously maintained and is equipped with all the amenities you need whether you are staying for a week or a month. The villa is located near recreation and golf and other amenities are easily accessible either via the golf cart provided or a short car ride. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality of our hosts Lee and Mathis.

Perfect!

Just as advertised! This lovely home was immaculate and beautifully decorated as well as being stocked with all of the essentials. Mathis & Lee made check in/check out and all other communication so easy and stress free. The golf cart and close amenities were a nice bonus. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking : )

We had a wonderful time, the home beautiful, clean & very well equipped with everything you would need or want, right down to shampoo, conditioner & body wash in both bathrooms. We had a great time exploring all different areas on the golf cart which I’m sure was brand new. Lee & Mathis were super at getting back to us right away with any questions we had. Hidden Gem

I almost hate giving this place such a high review in fear that it may be booked solid next time I want to visit; however, it deserves all the stars! The place was very spacious and as pictured. It was clean upon arrival and check-out directions were straightforward. The guest book is wonderful- I highly recommend taking the time to read it. As a note, for those wanting to travel regularly into Orlando or the theme parks: this location was (on average for us) 50-70 minutes away from all those hubs. It’s about 70-90 minutes from the beaches. That was not a concern for my group, but something to consider if you are making daily trips. You have to take the turnpike to and from which can become congested easily and intimidating if you are not used to multi-lane interstates, especially during busy hours. If you have business outside of the parks or don’t mind the drive, then no worries! Travel is easy within the Villages both by car and the (very popular) golf carts. Plenty of places to visit for food, groceries and entertainment.
