"I like this place, overall the staff were so nice. Unfortunately my husband and I never felt safe we blocked the door with our luggages on the very first day, due to maybe poor communication with the front staff and housekeeping but one guy opened the door on our very first day, he knocked once and opened it. The guy doesn’t seem housekeeping as he was wearing casual clothes eventhough there’s already a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN OUTSIDE THE DOOR. I dont know how Hotels work in Amsterdam but I woke up again while we were sleeping cause housekeeping opened the door, bringing us towels. (Luggages already blocking the door every night) I notify the front desk person about it that same day, which he apologized. Though the place was really nice, the experience was a bit disappointing. "

"Room was good, but bathroom sink faucet was loose and didn't get fixed until we left for the weekend. Did provide a complimentary bar beverage with the inconvience"

"Not a horrible stay but they lost heat while we were there so couldn’t take a hot shower prior to our 10hr flight."

"Perfect place to stay if you have a short stop in Amsterdam before heading on to an end destination. Literally, a 4-5 minute walk from the airport arrivals/departures."

"Rooms were clean, location is convenient to airport and central. Rooms are very small but adequate for short stays. "

"Close to train station about 5-10 minutes walk. Breakfast is free and good selection. We were free drink voucher for wine/beer etc in exchange for not having a room cleaning service. We stayed for 2 nights and will use same hotel in the future "
