The room was very basic, despite the fact that we were informed we had received a free upgrade—I would hate to have seen the most basic room."

"Spotless room, very kind staff, great location. The only problem was that when we came back one night to the hotel on Saturday at 21:00, we requested to charge our electric car and the staff had no clue what the procedure was and how to activate the charging station and he told us he did not have information which was unacceptable. Its not only about the play areas but also small things like changing rooms and kids plates and cups in breakfast area, we will be coming back in summer to fully enjoy the outdoor play areas including toy train"
