"A lovely hotel at the most centre of downtown. A very spacious room, renovated, big beds, modern show, coffee machine and tea kettle, fresh apples and other nibbles all day.,Kind helpful staff. They sent house car to meet at the airport and took us back to airport. Very nice. If back to Eugene, will stay there again. "

"River view faces a large building. Pool and hot tub weren’t working. Room is dated. Awkward long check in, when we just wanted to get some sleep at midnight not listen to front staff talking for 20 minutes about random facts he thought were interesting instead of giving us the hotel keys and let us sleep! Dude, no offence but we were tired and you wouldn’t let us get to our room, you kept talking for sooo long about a million things in your life that had nothing to do with us. Super awkward...
