Brand new home with state of the art construction. Features 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, large living space, kitchen with induction stove and island, and three seasoned screen porch overlooking mountains and forest. Washer/dryer in home. Completely furnished.

Very private, situated on a gorgeous, 200 acre parcel with views of Mt. Greylock and a swimming pond. Clear views of night stars, solitude and silence. Located just 5 miles from downtown Williamstown and Williams College. Enjoy all Berkshire County has to offer. A truly special place.

All utilities are included--heat, air conditioning, wifi, large smart TV, mowing, etc. Home is solar powered. Even includes driveway snow plowing! (Please note, unfortunately we cannot allow pets.)
