Willington Worthenbury Holidays

The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near the window when it was open. The towels smelt of damp, which was a shame as the bedding was so fresh and clean. Maybe they need replacing. Lots of on street parking ! Hopefully these comments get taken into consideration. We certainly would consider coming back!

Check in was seamless and we were greeted by a smiling member of staff and given a complimentary glass of fizz.

Lovely clean room. Comfortable beds . Complimentary tea and coffee, tv, hairdryer etc. Excellent self service breakfast, plenty of choice to suit all tastes. No noise from the neighbours thankfully. Occasionally heard sirens from the street as it is close to a police station. But all in all a very pleasant stay and would definitely visit again.

Easy access to all in Liverpool especially Matthew st.

Location was easy to find, easy to park on the street and it was close to all the areas we wanted to visit. The property was clean and easy to access. The internet didn't reach the attic room but we weren't in the room that much so it wasn't a bother
